Our younger daughter and her husband have lived in or near Washington DC for many years now. And over those years we have become acquainted with this unique city that is our capitol. I would suggest there is no better city in the US to visit in the spring - the gleaming white buildings, the blooming cherry trees along with magnolias, daffodils, and tulips - make it a special place. It is unlike any other city in the US and I look forward to visiting it over and over again.
